what does it feel like?
when i open up my legs
and fade into ocean eyes,
then sail all over it for faces
that are surely not mine—
rebirth into other death,
die inside another birth—
and the cicle keeps on going
everytime a girl gives too much.
how the moth is to the flame
but will always get burned—
all the scars will be shown—
in the next rebirth—
the sea is calm still,
no other ship sailing in.
i believe it'll be like that
for all the time this stays here—
or til this veil gets old enough
then i'll see a glance in the river:
a dead girl blinks right at me
old face, still no wither—
it's just a glimmer, nothing bad,
yet my ship could not forget,
so i'll sail with you inside my head—
and then go back to where we met,
see that's all i could have guessed.
i knew what was in the road—
i rebirth into other death—
i die inside another birth.
when i open up my legs
and fade into ocean eyes,
then sail all over it for faces
that are surely not mine—
rebirth into other death,
die inside another birth—
and the cicle keeps on going
